Why are we collecting this information? We want to be sure that we have your most up-to-date contact information so that we can provide you updates and informational resources regarding possible recovery assistance. This is also an important avenue for us to learn how the COVID-19 response has impacted your business and to receive  requests for follow-up and assistance.

We’re also collecting promotional information for our businesses that we’d like to share with the Oswego community. Tell us any changes to your business hours and methods of operation (e.x. curbside take-out) and if you have any specials or discounts that you are running right now.

Because our typical outreach methods are either text or email, we ask that you include the phone and email address that you check most frequently, even if your place of business is closed.
